Everyone gets nearly infinite votes when they advance to Trust Level 2. You are still on Trust Level 1.
Here are the guidelines for trust levels.
I think that the reason you have not reached TL2 is because you have created a lot of topics but you haven’t replied to other people’s topics. You need to do that eight times before you advance to TL2.
