Was really hoping 2024 would make Pearl Harbor be actual water. But nope. It’s still a hard surface ortho photo texture. Microsobo please fix this!

Oof! Are we really back to this? This issue came and went at least twice in 2020. Having the water masks look like shattered glass and not water. Hope this is also server/streaming related and will be fixed soon. 
I don’t see the ship traffic they supposedly added. On 202 I have lots of boats with the marine traffic add ons that are available. I see no ships anywhere .
I noticed the same problem at Honolulu.

Go make a bug report. But for the record I do see ships.
It is water, they’ve just added a mask to it so you can see the ortho underneath it. Just like when you fly over the Caribbean and see the sand under the water.

What you’re seeing are waves/ripples, the imagery must have been taken on a windy day.
Pearl Harbor on Bing Maps app has different imagery without those waves, so I guess when they update everything again it should be gone.
hope so, rather just be the sim water that moves, not a photograph. especially for such a revered area
