Mandatory C drive for community and official new content? NO please!

I distinctly remember being offered to select where to install the packages (the bulk of the sim), just clicking “Next” and accepting the default doesn’t mean it’s “mandatory”.
Mine are certainly not on the system drive.

I downloaded the game to my hardrive but the loading speeds are very long so I managed to make some space on an SSD and I was hoping I could move the game somehow instead of redownloading the whole game. I download the game through the xbox gamepass.
