Why when downloading manual cache in HI RES the buildings you see on the map do not appear in the SIM? In some instances there is no change whatsoever.
There has to be existing Bing photogrammetry data for that area. If it’s not a popular/big area there most likely won’t be.

Outside of photogrammetry area, the manual cache will only download raw bing sat map “wrong color, lower resolution, cloud texture on the ground” and will also remove the trees.
You won’t get online quality offline.
