Getting this error when attempting to add another region to the manual cache. Adding the first one I had no issues with. It took about 2hours (OMG lol) but then it was good. I went to add another region and this is the constant error regardless of how detailed regions I use (low, medium, high), how big the region is, the name of the region
All of the proper data connection options are turned on.
Anyone having the same issue? Is there a known limitation? Does it now only accept one “location” and you just have to add each part to just one region?

i spent all afternoon caching hard and strong, and suddenly I ran into the same error, now it wont cache anymore… cannot allocate… strange!
it seems there is a hard stop on the amount of data the game can cache. Since you have a region of 80 gigs, and my cache file was set at 74g… i’m guessing the limit is somewhere in the vecinity

It seems you are right for i create another dir and started niagara falls again as region and it downloaded where in former directory with 70 gb of manual cache it gave the same message as the OP
Ihope asobo will make it possible to add more than one manualcache file in localprofile folder
Which would also be handy if you have an unused nas.
yeah… its a shame a feature as important as this one is buggy… a solid caching system would do wonders for overwhelmed servers and then we would all benefit, users and asobo as well
So I tried this as well. Now I get CTDs every time I try to download anything. I deleted the previous manual cache, changed the location and recreated but now when I try to run a cache, CTD every time.

i dont know if its related to the cache or not, but now i have lost the bing data world graphics function and there is no way of getting it back.
I tried all the usual stuff.
Anyone knows how to fix it?
I could manually cache
When create a new cache 15 gb file, different disk and where i couldnt add region before, i could do so on this way.
If bingmaps have been replaced i dare not to say
