Desperately trying to zoom in/
out of map in Cessna Citation Longitude with no luck. The zoom in/out button is visible but neither mouse wheel nor two fingers on touch pad zoom the map in or out. Any help appreciated.

I’m pretty sure that knob only works if you display map on the PFD (left display)…
Instead, to zoom the map on the MFD (where you have circled), use the rotary knob on the GTC (Garmin Touch Controller) down on the pedestal to your right… it will be the left knob on the left GTC.
