Marker beacons are gone at some airports with Sim10 beta update

There was a topic with the same bug, but the author closed it, saying that marker beacons are actually work in airports where they supposed to be in real life. This is not entirely true.
For example in real life as of July 2022 KONT airport has one inner marker on RW 26L. Localizer 111.35. It was working fine before the Sim10 update. After the update it is gone.

Install Sim10 update and do an ILS approach at any airport that has marker beacons in real life. An example is KONT airport RW 26L.

Confirmed with KONT - I didn’t even get Middle or Inner indications on 26L.

Just tried at my local metro (KPVD) R05, no indicators at all the length of the approach.

Flew my test airport again with Stock Asobo G1000 Skyhawk and same results, no OMI.

For reproduction - note the Marker Beacon states aren’t getting passed. KPVD Runway 05.

I think this problem may be related to the new scenery packages reordering. I have lost many departures and approaches with beta too, even if the airports themselves have not been updated. I checked two Littlenavmap databases too (one created during SU9 when Content.xml was still used and one with beta without changing the default packages order). In the past I loaded all official content first in the original order they were installed by game and then all addons afterwards. Now even the official content is mixed itself (and also mixed with the addons) and some definitions may just be getting overriden or resulting in void values.
