Marker beacons. Has anyone been able to see them recently?

I bought a game a month ago. Flying Cessna 152 I regularly noticed marker beacon flashing and beeping. A few days ago I noticed that marker beacon is now silent. No flashing, no beeping.

I know, that Orlando Intl airport has an inner beacon on RW 17L (localizer 110.95). I checked with airnav for an Instrument approach procedure for 17L and the inner beacon does located on the diagram.

So, I tried to land there and there was no marker beacon flashing or beeping in Cessna 152.
Is it a bug or I am just missing something?
