Marketplace aircraft suddenly cause CTD

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No

Brief description of the issue: Since last update, I get CTD only when attempting to load any one of the four aircraft purchased through the marketplace. Three are Carenado. One Virtuacol. All worked normally until recently. All started malfunctioning simultaneously. I have not added anything to the program except mandatory updates.

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered: NA

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:I have:
1.deleted and reinstalled each ac.
2. deleted data cache
3. Ran in safe mode, then reinstalled ac

PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant: NA

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue: First experienced this issue following recent update

If you are using DX12 mode this is the reason for the Carenado case crash. You need to run them in DX11 mode so far.

Yesterday, I posted an issue that I was having with CTD’s whenever I loaded any 3rd party aircraft. Since these were purchased through the Marketplace and, more importantly, since two different developers were involved and all aircraft failed simultaneously, it was clear that the problem was NOT with the developers. That conclusion was correct.
Thanks to a thoughtful response to my posting on on this forum, I was able to resolve the problem—I was using a DX12 setting instead on DX11. Having never touched those settings, I am not sure how it occurred but I appreciate the response.
