Unable to make any purchases on the store in both Flight Simulator 2024 and Flight Simulator 2020. I’ve taken a break from flight simulator, shortly before the release of 2024. I was able to make purchases back then in 2020.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I’m using the XBox app on PC. Opening either MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024. I continue to the marketplace on each game and attempt to make a purchase.
On 2024 an in game window opens with please wait and a wait circle. It closes after a few seconds and nothing happens. The purchase button greys out for a few moments. If I quite 2024 and come back in, I’ll get a message about the transaction failing.
On 2020 I get a message at the top of the screen about another purchase is in progress. After a few moments it disappears and I get a message about the transaction failing.
I’ve been through the support process and tried out the comprehensive list of possible steps to resolve.

Just delete this post. I’ve been through three support teams and raised a bug report. I’m tired of jumping through hoops to try and get this issue sorted. The response you just gave me came across as snotty. So I’m done.
Edit, this post replicates some issues people have raised already. And people keep posting “fixes” for similar issues but don’t work. Particularly Steam or other issues.
