When I select one product and I try to purchase it I can´t make any payment, the little windows where I confirm payment gets stocked and nothing happens. All other online functionabilities are ok.
Note: I have tried many forms of payment (Carrd, paypal, etc) and nothing happens…

This same thing happened to me. I’m sure it happened because I had to change credit cards after my one of record for the market place was compromised. I forgot to update my new information in the Microsoft store and that is apparently what triggered the problem when I next attempted to make the next purchase. Even after I updated my payment information, that window that is suppose to confirm the purchases just stays in that three dot loop. When I finally cancel, it gives the message that a purchase is still pending. Then it finally clears but the same thing happens each time I try make a purchase. So, I’m just waiting for 2024 and hoping that problem goes away. It sucks that there doesn’t seem to be any way to open a problem request and have someone from Microsoft contact you.
