I noted that for the last few days my Marketplace is been disabled. Does anyone know
about this problem ?
This happened to me. Start with an empty Community folder. This fixed it. I started putting things back in until it didn’t work. It was a payware Key West addon that I deleted and reinstalled. All is nice.

Yes I have exactly the same problem since the last update. I have an idea it might be related to Hard Drive Space. Any possible reasons known ?
My marketplace has grayed out also. also, when I go to sign out it says offline and where it has servers it says automatic and the little circling icon goes around and I have no way to check or uncheck either one. I have signed out of the sim several times and XBOX also several times. it has not worked!

John go to general options-Data and at the top just under Data Connection make sure online functionality has not been turned off ! I was having same problem and just found mine had been turned off after the update. You can turn it on and check everything and then can turn it back off if you like and online services will still be working again !

Market Place Greyed Out - SOLVED for my system.
Load MSFS 2020
Go to:
options / general / data / data connection / online functionality / set to “ON”
If this is set to “off” the marketplace greys out.
May be other causes, like login problems, internet connection problems, but it this is off, no marketplace.
Credit goes to my sons, who stayed at it until the problem was solved.
