A buddy of mine is playing msfs on Xcloud via a Xbox one, and for about 2 weeks he is not able to buy addons from the marketplace,
Everytime he tries to purchase a addon the sim hangs on this screen and after a while he gets kicked out of the sim,
He has tried every sulotion we could find including factory resetting his console but nothing has worked so far
Any help is appreciated
