ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
• Items continuously load and pop-in when scrolling through the Marketplace, even for items previously loaded.
• When viewing items in the Marketplace, the item images initially display as a grey icon with a spinning circle in the center as they load and pop-in. They then display the image.
Scrolling down will cause more images to display as grey icons then the image will load for new rows of items.
Scrolling up to the previous row of items causes the Marketplace to poll the server for the same images, the images will appear as grey icons once again before loading in. The Marketplace has equal load times for new images when scrolling down and for previously viewed images when scrolling up.
• The Marketplace display data does not appear to have a large enough cache to maintain the previously viewed images for that session of browsing that Marketplace page.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Open the Marketplace Aircraft page
- Scroll down through rows of items.
- Observe the loading time for new rows of item images.
- Scroll back up to the previously viewed images.
- Observe the same loading time for the previously viewed rows of item images.
