I cannot see any pictures or images in the Marketplace, they are all greyed out. I can click and open any product, but even after opening any product, there isn’t a single image.
I emptied my community folder, restarted the sim and pc but no luck.
Those pics come from MS/Asobo servers, so that’s probably where the issue is. As long as you still have the option to purchase and download, there’s probably nothing wrong on your end.
I understand, but why it’s happening only on my end? At least that is what I am assuming…
Think of the marketplace images as images on any other webpage. Sometimes pages run slow. It can happen for any of a hundred different reasons. Remember that your downloads will only be as fast as the slowest node on the path.
As long as everything else on your PC is working normally, then don’t put much thought into it. Come back later and it’ll probably be working better. If not, try Zendesk.
