Marketplace problem with steam payment

I have a serious issue. It is quite similar to this one: [SOLVED (by awesome community manager)] Upgrading to Premium Deluxe via in-game marketplace

I wanted to buy the “East Frisian Islands” scenery in the marketplace for the discounted price of 17,99 € and clicked “buy and download”. I was send to steam and paid via my steam account (Paypal). Back in the simulator it said purchase failed. I cannot download the product. But I paid for it (which of course I can prove with email and paypal records).

What shall I do?

Thank you for your answer. I have done this. Actually I purchased this already two days ago.

Did that as well, but had no luck.

Hello! I granted you the scenery after checking your account - I see the VC was stuck. Please restart your sim and let me know if you see it in your Content Manager to download now. Thanks!
