It’s 22:17 here in the UK, so why has the June 9 to June 16 sale already ended. It is still June 16 in the UK.
In my experience, sales typically end at 1800 UK time on the stated day.
That one caught me too. I tried to purchase the Top Mach F-22 while it was a ‘Top Rated’ sale item this morning, but I got a weird message stating that I already purchased it (I haven’t) and should download it from ‘My Library’ or ‘My Games and Apps.’ I wish I’d taken a screenshot of it, because I’ve never seen a message like it - but I didn’t.
I got home today from a Father’s Day party, and the first thing I did was try to purchase it again. Alas, the sale had ended… 
I think the Marketplace banner should clearly state the start and end UTC times of sales like this, and not just the start/end dates.

It’s a flight simulator, why not a banner stating zulu time and a zulu clock?
