I went to purchase the upgrade for the Kodiak 100 today, and in the process of completing the transaction it asked me to create a profile address. Unfortunately, it only works for US addresses, and I am unable to change the country. Therefore, I cannot purchase anything from the Marketplace. Is this somehow connected to the Region I chose on my last re-install of Windows?
Yes. Going into Settings>Time and Language>Region, and selecting Canada with a reboot allowed me to complete the purchase.
