Trying to download the Oceania Update but getting this when I log on :confused:

Resart your sim, it should be Ok then!

Could be too many people hitting the servers at once. (This may be why they stagger the world update and ATR. For load-balancing purposes.) Sometimes if that happens to me, I go somewhere else in the sim and then come back and itā€™s okay.

I had the same, but it returned when I restarted!

I tried restarting and itā€™s still not working what do I do now or is the server down?

Server is most likely overloaded - Iā€™m just waking up to update and not available for me either.
Give it a bit of time to bounce back.
Should be available soon.

Yea, just have to wait until the server is stable again. A lot of us are having the same issue.

Just an update, the marketplace is still unavailable on Xbox Iā€™ve restarted my sim many times, is it available for anyone else who is on Xbox yet?

I went through this entire process and the Marketplace still remained grayed out after multiple full restarts.

(My data was turned off though in the options. I never turn it off manually, so it may be an issue for you guys as well)

Anyway, I decided to click on the grayed out market out of curiousity, and it took me to the Marketplace.
I suggest you guys just try.
A little weird, but Iā€™m currently downloading the update.

Yh Iā€™ve been wondering why the marketplace is down and itā€™s still down for me

aaaand the marketplace is back down for me. however, on top of that, the sim keeps loading with data connection ā€œOFFā€.

I have to go into the settings and re-enable it. this is very strange and hasnā€™t happened before. however even after enabling data again the marketplace is still unavailable. very strange behavior

Thanks for the data connection tipā€¦. Thatā€™s a brand new issue Iā€™ve not seen before!

Itā€™s at least now trying to run the content manager!
