Maximum Trim Amount?

Hey guys!

I am using the Logitech Pro Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. Using the Cessna 172 Skyhawk, there is no “obvious” use for the middle throttle stick. The left stick is throttle, the middle stick was unbounded, and the right stick is the fuel mix.

I got tired of having to use one of the rocker switches on the yoke for trim, so I set it to my middle stick, where all the way up is 100% up trim, and all the way down is 100% down trim. This is what I wanted, but I never have a situation where I need any more than 20% trim in either direction.

Is there a way I can set the maximum trim amount? To where all the way up on the stick is 20% up and all the way down on the stick is 20% down?

I don’t mind if I have to edit game files, as I know how to do that, but I wouldn’t even know where to begin to find this setting.

Go into the Controls Option and open the configuration used. Open the SENSITIVITIES menu. Select the X/Y grid for the keybinding of the trim. I think the two settings to adjust are the Extreme Dead Zone. As you change the numbers, you’ll see the line start moving. Adjust both settings, one each for the top and bottom trim. You will have to play around with the settings to determine the cutoffs you want. Enjoy!
