Salut. J’ai procédé comme tu l’as indiqué en supprimant les 2 services dans le registre. Resultat , dans le store il ne se passe plus rien lorsque j’active l’installation de fs2020.y a t’il un moyen de récupérer ces services. Je crois que j’ai définitivement perdu le jeu.
Some of us realize that may be true but would you have us not able to play the game at all until that game services issue bug is fixed from what he stated it doesn’t remove the two registry items completely because he also said go to the app store and check for updates for game services app and he stated everything should be good are you sir saying he’s wrong

P.S worked for me also but shouldn’t have to go into registry to fix
I am merely pointing out the possible pitfalls of following this action (at present the only valid workaround) and advising reversing any changes once the actual issue is resolved.
My main point is that this is a temporary workaround NOT a solution - to classify it as a solution implies there is no further action required.
When you restart win 10 and run the update It automatically puts the files back into the registry. I also saw this fix on the official Microsoft troubleshooting page.
I also noticed those 2 registry files went back into those places after restarting my windows 10 pc the thing I can’t get to work is the background music you here when you boot up the game the sound affects appear to not work either
I fixed my sound problem by going to windows troubleshooting it fixed it so everything is normal now
Just to pass on how I fixed mine…
- Did the registry deletions in post 4 above.
- Restart PC
- Went into Microsoft Store. 3 dots. Update for ‘Gaming Services’ was stuck at ‘Pending’
Refreshed. Left for 20mins. Still stuck at Pending. - Restarted PC again
- Did the wsreset as in post 8 above. Black box opens and just stays there for minutes. It looks like its not doing anything… it is. Leave it.
- Eventually Microsoft Store opened. 3 dots. Now nothing is listed as downloading or pending.
- Restarted PC again
- Flight Simulator working.
Utter PITA. Microsoft sort your act out !! Your store is rubbish.
