MDCU errors in A321 and A330

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

I cannot write init data on the second page of the INIT section in the MCDU. The MCDU does not accept numeric entries so I cannot set the ZFW/ ZFWCG or the Block fuel.

Also, the EFB of the aircraft cannot be popped out.

Did you experience this issue before you joined the Beta?

Never. In fact I’ve been so shocked that I’ve got out the beta to check the same procedures in the same aircraft in the Live version. Works fine.

The EFB pops out perfectly both in A321 and A330. The rest of the wasm in the A330 do not pop out, but this is well-known. The EFB in the A330 was popping out fine.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:

I’ve tried in the A321LR and the A330 so far.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

No, I didn’t, but it works in live version with the same mods. And I have only official liveries and some airports.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time in Beta. Never in Live.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Enter the aircraft and turn on batteries and Ext power.
  2. Get a flight plan from Simbrief with the EFB.
  3. Get the payload from Simbrief and apply it instant.
  4. Go to the MCDU and recover the flight plan in the INIT section page 1
  5. Go to page 2 of the same section and try to write down the values of the Payload page of the EFB.
