Memory is slowly and getting fuller and CTD CoherentUIGT.dll

I have the following problem. The simulator starts normally and as soon as I am in the plane and look at the task manager I see that the memory is slowly getting fuller and fuller. At a certain altitude there is a CTD. I have already reinstalled the simulator 2 times but it is always the same problem. In the event log I get the following error:

I just had the same error: CoherentUIGT.dll. Its the first CTD I’ve had in months.
It was always AI traffic causing CTD for me so its turned off, but this time is different.
I just updated to the latest GeForce 465.89 driver, I’m going to roll back and see if its stable.
