Is it possible to merge two objects together so that when I move one then the other moves with it?
The example I will give is a flagpole and a flag - I have both in my scenery and want to move the flagpole somewhere else but then I have to do the same with the flag as well and then position once again onto the flagpole.
I haven’t seen anything yet. I was trying to do something similar.
You cant really merge the objects, but you can create subgroups in your objects list for quick access. Then just use ctrl click to pick the objects in the group you want to move and they will move in sync.
You can always draw around multiple objects as well, be that gets annoying if you grab something you dont want.

I’ve found the subgroups to be buggy and item management super tedious. For one, you can’t select beyond what’s in the scroll range.
