So, I will now get rid of my headset… enough is enough! But not the Q3 need to leave, I will now definitely sell my G2.
For owners of 4090 or 4080, this might be a starting point if not yet found your settings:
While yesterday I found a setting with 72hz 36FPS locked where I said, well lets try this more in detail, looks nice and fluid. Today I took the settings from the Video as Baseline (owning a 4090). About the 940 Bitrate I’m not sure if it is really needed…
OpenXR Toolkit:
Overwrite Render Resolution: 3xxx on 3xxx (play with this)
Turbo: On
Oculus Tray Tool:
I set ASW to off (he set it to Auto)
modified FoV Multiplier a litte bit (just to have more headroom, only decent value - up to you)
Oculus SW:
80Hz, 1.0 Rendering
Oculus Debug Tool:
Tried Bitrate 900 & 500, did not see a difference

For testing I usually use the NYC Discovery Flight, so everything is always exactly the same - good for comparison.
Then I went to my home airports, just flying a bit arround and tweaking a little bit here and there (olod/tlod/TAA/DLSS… just to see).
OK, locked the FPS to 40, Headroom between 5-20%… good. I had some stutters… but only in the audio!! I did not look into details here - because if you are coming from a HP G2… the sound is ugly in the Q3 
So I already planned to use my headphones in the future… So I did. Super fine!
Then I started one of my usual flights which I had done with the G2 for so many times! It was a nightmare! Oh no, sorry - a dream came true! I never ever had such a smooth flight from start till end! 40 FPS locked!! No stutter, exceptional edge to edge clarity - it was a pleasure to look outside the window! Only at touchdown FPS went for seconds to 35…
Flying the Citation Longitude, live traffic FSLTL, no Multiplayer, Land and Sea Traffic around 50, no Rolling Cache.
