This is more of a Wishlist Item than a General Discussion. As determined by previous Dev Q&As, the ability and order of sequence to update world sections is partially based on the availability of current, higher quality satellite views as well as Digital Elevation Maps (DEM).
In the meantime, please feel free search in #self-service:wishlist for keywords such as Mexico, or Latin America scenery. If there are none, feel free to open your own. Thanks.
