Weird..are you starting your free flight on a parking spot (cold & dark) or on the runway ?
starting on the runway and also midair and engine running
Ok, so far I don’t know what else to check, sorry. Issue is really weird, hope someone else viewing that issue will be able to suggest something.

RESOLVED !!
I realised that it was electrical system failure (Got the hint from on screen prompt from ATC " RADIO OFF, The electrical systems must be turned on in order to use the radio and speak to Air Traffic Control (ATC) ".
After some hit-trial FOUND THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH ON MY YOKE WAS AT ‘START’ POSITION WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN DRAINING THE BATTERY. AS I RETURNED THE SWITCH FROM ‘START’ BACK TO POSTION ‘BOTH’ AND RETRIED C172 G1000 FLIGHT WHICH WENT WELL WITHOUT ANY ISSUE AS SHARED EARLIER.
Thankful to @DementedCorn327 who spent some time with me on the issue to set my thought process go in the right direction.
