Did anyone have this type of error with MFG Crosswind? (I have raised a contact form through MFG webshop and anticipating a response).
One day it’s working fine and the next not.
It doesn’t matter whether this is direct into a mobo USB or through the powered hub I use for a number of peripherals.

Update, as part of troubleshooting I have tried these on a different PC and also using a different USB cable and the result is the same, strongly suggesting the problem lies inside the pedals.
Does anyone have experience of MFG support times? It’s Tuesday and I’m waiting for response from contact webform (Sunday) and email (Monday).
I have a Crosswind connected to a powered hub, and thankfully I’m not having any problems with it. So I can’t comment on support response time. He’s a ‘one-man-band’ so I wouldn’t expect an immediate answer. I do recall that he was pretty quick to reply to a question I had while assembling the unit.

After some discussion with Milan the last thing to try was the bootloader, thankfully this was successful and I was able to reload the firmware. Hopefully this has been a one off.
