Microsoft FLight Siimulator Issue when opening it up

I purchased the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (Premium Deluxe Edition).

When I try to open the game it crashes with the following error:

C:\Program Files\ WindowsApps\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_1.11.6.0_x64_8wekyb3d8…\FlightSimulator.exe

The request is not supported

However, when I run it as administrator it lets me get in the game but then crashes right away.

My specs can run the simulator, I have an Nvidia 2070 and dan Intel I7 9th Gen

Please help!

That sounds like something that needs to be reported to Zendesk.

Thanks, guys for all the help but I realized it was probably an issue with the Microsoft store. SO, I ended up getting a refund from them and purchasing the app from Steam. Now, the app works like a gem! Once again, thank you!
