Microsoft flight simulator 2024 having trouble arriving to Lima Peru on the Boeing 737 max 8 on the MCDEW if you have the same problem, report here

When I open Microsoft flight simulator 2024 I click the Boeing 737 max eight and I make sure that the root is good and everything else for the flight I load up into the game then I mess with the MCDEW and when I put Lima Peru international Airport I put it in like (KLIM) in to the MCDEW I try to click the runway that I want, but it only gives me O2 and 20, but those are not even the exact runways that is for airport The correct runway is 16L/34R and 16R/34L but I don’t even see those options on the MCDEW I only see 02 and 20 And it won’t Even select the runway because those are not the existing runways so I don’t know what’s going on I hope they can fix it soon.

Oh, OK. Well, I didn’t know someone already reported this. I just wanted to report it because this seems like an issue so that’s why I said what I said come on it’s hard to create a IFR for the airport if the MCDEW Doesn’t even wanna recognize the runway So how can you fly the airport to Lima Peru if you can’t Even put the GPS directions to the plane it’s impossible. It’s not really that impossible. You can still fly the route, but I mean that ruins the immersion into the simulator.

Do you mean the MCDU?

LIM is the IATA code for that airport in Peru and not the ICAO one used in MSFS. The correct ICAO code for Jorge Chávez International Airport is SPJC. Try to enter it in the 737 MCDU (Multi-Function Control and Display Unit), you should get the correct runways.

Yes, in any aircraft MCDU you can only enter an ICAO code (4 letters)
