Microsoft Flight Simulator Mandatory Update

I have the same problem as JulianGeorge971 I cannot find the latest mandatory update in the Microsoft Store!!! and because of this Microsof Flight Simulator wont launch?!?! HELP! Please

in the store check for ‘store’ app update , after update reboot
in store check for xbox app update , after update reboot
open xbox app
open store
in store click on the 3 dot’s and go to the download and updates page
on new page at left side select installed ( wait for list to be build )
find your MSFS version in the list and click on the name , this will get you to the product page , and download should start.

and to be sure , have no background programs running…

For me, the key was: wait. I had to wait 2-3 minutes after selecting MSFS in the store. Until that nothing, no messages, no wait notifications.. maybe for you it is 30 mins ?

When it does not help.. try log out xbox/store account, restart Windows and log in store again.

Same here what can we do to make it work again?

I haven’t tried this, because my no update cleared itself after about 45 minutes. I bookmarked it for future reference, so I don’t know if it works.
