Microsoft Flight Simulator Not Currently Available in Your Account

Over the last couple of days I have started getting a “Microsoft Flight Simulator Not Currently Available in Your Account” Error when attempting to launch. I purchased via the Windows Store (have Game Pass too). Has anyone else seen this? I can get it to launch typically after about 10 tries, but then I’m experiencing more frequent than normal crashes. I have had zero issues with crashes since launch, but every flight I’ve attempted this weekend has resulted in a game crash.

Any ideas? Anyone experiencing anything similar?

On my last flight (TBM 930) I was attempting to change the flight plan in the Garmin and the program froze. On subsequent attempts to start the program I’ve getting the Microsoft Flight Simulator Not Currently Available in Your Account message and I’ve not been able to restart the program. Very frustrating

on the very first re-start attempt it made it to the Asobo screen before crashing. and now shows a Microsoft Store Package Installer Dependency. It’s a Yes/No box asking if I want to allow changes to my machine, the selection of either Yes or No then gets me to the pop up with the Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently not available in your account with an error code of 0x803F8001

Signing out and then back in to the Microsoft Store fixed the problem for me.
