This is runway 13 for me:
I noticed that you have at least one mod installed. You may want to try in safe mode and see if the trees go away. As far as I’m aware, you can still get into safe mode by opening up MSFS and using Alt+F4 and then starting again.

it would be cool if the hong kong map is update with skylines 
currently there is no photogrammetry yet avaliable for this city !!!
