So i did a few tests today with the EXPERIMENTAL and the STABLE version of the FBW. I know i am on DX12 now, but i also had these stutters with DX11 before. With the STABLE version the stutters seem to be “shorter” and not so “hard”, so i am going to stay with the STABLE version for now.
My system: 10850k, 3080Ti, 32GB RAM, Win11, Most Settings on ULTRA, Latest Nvidia Game Ready Driver 517.48

I would like to say a big THANKS for the FBW Team - the product itself is fabulous. And i hope there is a possibility to fix this problem…
