Brief description of the issue:
NZMF has three windsocks in the bespoke airport package. (Fortunately, they all behave properly with the wind.) The default airport (with NZMF uninstalled) has zero. Anyone flying into this airport without the airport package installed should be able to do so with accurate windsock placement.
To fix this, I propose that the windsocks from the bespoke NZMF package should be transferred to the default airport and removed from the NZMF package.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Go to Content Manager and ensure that NZMF from World Update 12 is not installed.
- Start a flight at NZMF.
- Use the drone camera to locate the windsocks at runway 11, runway 29, and the middle of the airport.
Expected result:
You find the three windsocks.
Observed result:
The windsocks are not there. (See the above screenshots.)
