Could it be an attraction from Gothenburgs amusement park Liseberg?

I’m not sure. I went to the link but I couldn’t find the location. Here’s where the “building” is located.
It’s a high-rise currently under construction, it’s called Karlatornet. I guess the data from OpenStreetMaps indicates how many floors it is and the sim is showing it in final form, so it’s completely normal.
