Same here pay 200 € and many aircraft are not present .
Ho can be refund or whan the aircraft will be delivered ?

I know the feeling. The whole game is incomplete, so the missing planes have a degree of consistency with the game!
With freeflight being the only viable option on 2024, I have left the game alone for a while and written off my £200 as a bad mistake on my part and a disingenuous move by MS, after they refused my refund, using what they accept is an untrue basis to refuse it!
I hope that the missing planes and some of the bugs are gone in a years time, with the only damage being done to my wallet and a determination on my part, never to pre-order again.

I have the same issue. My ATR, 717 and other planes are not available and I get the same message. FS-BASE-AIRCRAFT-COMMON missing.
I have the Aviator edition
I should say, and maybe this is the issue, My MSFS2020 lives in my C drive and MSFS2024 lives in my D drive
Hi, Was this issue ever resolved?
I just checked in on flyability of 2024 (been flying 2020 still) and noticed I only have a dozen or so planes. None of the streamed planes show up in Free Flight, and it sure seems there a lot more missing. Everything looks enabled. Thoughts?
