How did you enable the SamScene3D Tokyo landmarks enhanced in MSFS2024?

How did you get Tokyo Landmarks enhanced to work in MSFS 2024? I would have been interested in “upgrading” to the newer Tokyo City Times in MSFS 2024, but do not want to pay full price, since I already purchased Tokyo scenery from @PostalFan558910. Getting some reasonable credit for having purchased and supported in MSFS 2020 would do “a lot” to influence me to upgrade. I did get a credit for New York and gladly upgraded because I got the credit. However, without any credit, I do not want to purchase the new one at full price and would like to get the MSFS 2020 Tokyo Landmarks enhanced to work in MSFS 2024.
