ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Since the su6 update randomly the graphic effects fail to load for props.
either they will not turn at all or the effect is stuck on a single frame of the disc effect.
This problem also seems to affect other things like afterburner effects not loading stuck/missing, there are likely other things affected because of the same loading issue.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Frequency seems very random it either happens or it does not.
And to fix it sometimes a full sim restart is needed or in some cases a restart of the flight.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Start up the sim and start a flight. you will only know if the problem is there when you start the engines.
Zooming out and getting in another LOD model can start the movement but it will get stuck again as soon as you get closer.
