Missing Charts in EFB during flight

Description of the issue:
Sometimes the charts of my destination vanishing from the efb without any chance to get them back…

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

every other flight, I don’t have exact numbers, but at least once a day

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
as I only do 1 or 2 flights at the moment, mostly to the first one, sometimes to the second one

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. plan a flight in free flight
2. start the flight
3. click on charts on the departure or arrival airport in the efb during the flight

Same issue
Most of the time it works in the beginning. But some time into the Flight no Chart loads

• Yes, the charts on the EFB stopped loading for every airport I have flown from/to.

• I fly in the Career mode in VR only. Some aircraft force me to temporarily disable VR to view the EFB (Pilatus PC-12 for example). Cycling VR on/off does not affect this issue. The charts are not found in the EFB during the mission or before accepting the mission.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
I used the Flight Planner website to chart a course from LZIB to LHPP as shown:

You can see I was able to select the RNAV for RWY 15.

My kneeboard auto-populated with 3 charts:

But you can see the in-game EFB does not have them (whether I click FAA or LIDO):

Also, the Flight Planner has the LHPP RNAV 15 approach available, but it cannot be selected within the EFB. It doesn’t exist in the game:

I had to manually add the waypoints to my flight plan.
As a side note: LHPP is missing it’s METAR from the game also, but it has one IRL.

Still very much up to date, reason I took a navigraph subscription.
Charts are there every once in a while but often also disappear mid flight.

To me it looks like some issue with the MS backend e.g. a timeout. I experience this all the trime after (about) 3 hours in the A350. The A350 OIS can not load up charts anymore, neither can the EFB. When I try to reload the efb flight plan from planner.flightsimulator.com it gets stuck on “Loading” and nothing ever happens.

• happens on all flights. Charts will work at beginning of flight but all charts will be empty after about 2 hours. 3rd Party addons using the charts having the same issues (e.g. IniBuilds A350)
