yes, issue is there with and without empty community folder
Brief description of the issue:
ground gets invisible when lowering the altitude. at some spots you can see through the ground/DEM and you can look “underneath” it. On some spots with missing ground you can land on it. I also found a spot in which you can fly “below the ground”
