Missing Items in Aviators Package

  1. Description of the issue:
    Not all of the Aviators package is installed, as I ordered the Aviators package. Every load I get the Transfer Complete message and reboot, but nothing changes.

  2. Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

I have this issue, with items missing, or some showing in outline only.

Given up on this game, so I have no further details to add and will not be wasting any more time on it anytime soon…two days without progress is already asking too much when I am out of pocket by £199.99 with nothing to show for it.

I’m also missing stuff - I thought they had said this was expected and it will show up once the server stuff gets sorted.

Should we be seeing it now then?

I bought the Aviator edition also and since purchasing it every time I read on copilot to delete it and download done it so many times I’m sick of this. All that downloads is the ■■■■ Deluxe version…! to make matters worse NO luck with anyone providing answers on how this can be fixed… Really ■■■■■■ when I buy something and what I get isn’t what I ordered! Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the Avaitor editon I ordered!!111 !!!

EDIT: I just went into marketplace → My Library and under the “Deluxe to Aviator Upgrade” I found them all to be disabled, they’re also all listed as MSFS2020 aircraft??

Make sure to check that out and make sure they haven’t been disabled for some reason

Has your missing content reappeared?
I am trying to enable the MSFS 2020 Premium shown in the MSFS 2024 My Library, but this then really screws everything up.
I’m just deleting and reinstalling everything all over again - it must be the fifth full reinstall in two weeks.
I think that someone has erred big time by mixing up the package contents between the two sim platforms, and I think they’ve even renamed them mistakenly.
I’m still not being answered on my Zendesk ticket despite being proactive and polite but my patience is wearing very thin as I don’t like being ignored, that is to say that communication is the best way to deal with customers as opposed to ignoring them which serves no-one.
