Missing Point of Interest

I just flew over the island of Terre-de-Haut in Guadeloupe expecting to see the POI of Fort Napoleon des Saintes and although the marker was there the model was not.

I have World Update IV installed so am at a complete loss as to why this has not shown up. Anyone else having the same issue or have the answer to this puzzle?

No, it’s in world update 4 probably because it’s a French Island or something similar. Irrelevant anyway because I have every world update installed but yet, it is not there.
