Since I opted into the Sim Update 15 beta in Steam I no longer have the 787-10 available to fly in the sim:
Things I’ve tried:
- Restarting the sim and PC multiple times
- Completely emptying my community folder
- Logging out of Xbox Live and back in again
- Checking the Premium and Deluxe content are installed in the Content Manager
- Following all the steps on https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015946980-How-to-fix-issues-with-missing-Premium-Deluxe-Marketplace-content
- Finally, I even re-installed the sim completely (both Steam and Content Manager, at just 50-80Mbps on a 1Gbps connection).
Even more worryingly, I then opted out of the beta in Steam and restarted the sim and still don’t have the 787. It’s like it’s deregistered from my account or something.
I don’t have all the world updates installed, but that shouldn’t make any difference right?
Is anyone else seeing this? I’ve raised a Zendesk ticket too, but wondering if anyone else here has seen something similar.
