First thing id check is the the volume mixer on the desktop screen right click on the speaker icon then click on volume mixer, check hasn’t some how got turned down.
Then id right click speaker icon and go into sound settings and check the correct sound device is still connected.
If those don’t fix it you can right click on the speaker icon then select troubleshoot sound devices and select the device your having an issue with and check it.
after that check for any windows updates and manually check all the drivers related to sound are up to date in the device manager.
Thank you. Everything is correct, even the windows updates, but the sound of the game still does not work. In everything else, the sound works perfectly.
