Missing traffic from roads

Community folder is clean, and also tested with safe mode and with all World Updates uninstalled.

Brief description of the issue:

Car traffic is completely missing on all sorts of roads, both in standard and photogrammetry cities. Adjusting the Road Vehicles slider doesn’t make any difference.
In a User Support topic two other users have reported a similar issue where the road traffic can be missing some days, and visible during others.

Happens everywhere.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Observe the roads over any city, while adjusting the Road Vehicles sliders to make sure it is set higher than 0.

I’ve got road traffic set to 43% and I’m seeing lots of vehicles. I just double checked in the Sonoma area, and there was plenty of traffic. I don’t know of any other settings that directly affect ground traffic. Can’t say I’ve checked it every day, so I could be missing it on some days like some of the other simmers you mentioned. I’ll keep an eye on it and report back if I lose traffic at any point.

I have flown around multiple continents - cities & rural areas - at 1,000 - 5,000 ft. I have seen road traffic in all instances.
Partial Specs & current settings:
Build: SU15 (v1.37.19.0)
3rd-Party Addons: None, Community Addons: None
i7-12700K, 32 GB 5200 MHz DDR5 CL40, Intel Arc 770 (16GB, v31.0.101.5445).
Traffic Tab: Aircraft Traffic Type - Real-Time Online, Slider Settings - All 100%, Generics (AI, MP) - Both Off, Show MP in Vicinity - On, Traffic Variety - Ultra
Data Tab: Data Connection: All six options - On, Data Limit - Off, Bandwidth - Unlimited, Rolling Cache - Off
Developers Tab: Developer Mode - Off
MSFS Version: MS-Store, Standard, plus All World and City Updates

@JCC1953 @OMICO4146 Sorry for the ping, can you report if you’re still experiencing this issue?

In my case I’ve been doing at least one flight every day last week, and I still haven’t seen road traffic anywhere. Trying to replicate the exact same settings provided by SmotheryVase665 above results in no change either.

In the UserCfg.opt file I can’t find any parameters related to traffic. I believe those are saved in the cloud, since I recall those who lost their logbooks would also have their traffic, assistance and data settings reset as well.

These are the errors I’m getting after starting a flight, doesn’t look like any of them are related to traffic.

Also, enabling Debug Road Vehicles from the DevMenu doesn’t seem to do anything.

Hello,

I can confirm still, from my previous last flights. As I’ve already reported, also ground service people are missing sometimes. What is more interesting, ground vehicles like Tug cars are changed to different models, like more bigger than previously. No other step but only do other tests and report here.
