Mixture controls always 100% after recent 1.29.30.0 update

Noticed this first on the SimworkStudio Kodiak 100 but its also happening on the default 208 aircraft.
Throttle moves to 100% and even drag it down it goes backup. Automixture is disabled all mods are removed. keybinding on mixture and condition levers have been removed.

Intresting…I have just the opposite.

I think it can be fixed in the runway.flt file in the folder of the aircraft.
