Mods not appearing in sim after hotfix

Brief description of the issue:
After downloading the recent hotfix and opening MSFS, none of my mods were appearing in the sim EXCEPT the fbw a32nx. Other than that, all my airports, aircraft, liveries, etc are all gone even though they are in the community folder

1)install msfs hotfix
2) open msfs

1.19.9.0

Ok, one fellow a while back had lots of things in his community folder, and kep causing his to crash. I think maybe you should get rid of some of the stuff in there. Here is what I do. I have folder on desktop called “MSFS Folders-KEEP”, inside that is a shortcut to the “community folder” in the game location and another one, called “MSFS Community Folders-REMOVED-KEEP”. When update or something not working, I just move, not copy, the offending folder out of community to the "Removed-KEEP one. That keeps my CF cleaned up without a lot of things I am not using often enough. You might give that some thought, it might fix issue.

I’m not having problems with crashing though, and I used to have a lot more mods without any problems.

Ok, no crashing, but give it a shot, because it may clear up your issue. Nothing to lose now.

Check if this location of the packages folder is actually the one the sim is using.

Look into the UserCfg.opt in the LocalCache folder, last line.
