I’m not 100% sure what you are looking for, but I think you are thinking of 2D panels, which can be pulled into their own window. Unfortunately, if that’s what you want, MSFS does not have it natively, and I would suggest dropping a vote for this:
If you want to do this sort of functionality, there is a program called Air Player from Sim Innovations.
You can use premade panels or create your own for any aircraft. And you could put that in a separate monitor.
