Situated on a plateau at 550 feet above the island, in the middle of the island, presents itself as a fun and challenging destination.
It has no lights, with a 1,968 foot runway, I was barely able to land the TBM there.
I suggest a starting glide slope of 2000.
If you do try this approach then be careful of coming in quickly and too low on your approach (like I did). The land and trees located before the runway throw your depth perception off. There is a steep incline right before the runway.
You will enjoy a landing here if you try it!
